Welcome to Insurance Ally. By accessing our website, submitting your information, or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Our Services

Insurance Ally provides educational, advisory, and support services for homeowners seeking to better understand and navigate their property insurance coverage. Services include:

• Policy reviews
• General insurance guidance
• Assistance understanding deductibles, exclusions, and coverage
• Claim-preparedness support (documents, photos, receipts, etc.)
• Review of estimates and claim documentation
• Education on cost-saving strategies
• Help preparing questions to ask insurance agents
• Access to our support team for ongoing guidance

Important:

• We do not sell insurance, quote insurance, or bind coverage.
• We do not take a percentage of your claim.
• We charge a flat monthly subscription fee for educational and support services.

2. Public Adjusting Services (Licensed States Only)

Insurance Ally offers Public Adjusting services only in states where we hold an active license:

• Arizona (AZ License #19444000)
• Nevada (NV License #4046335)

Public Adjusting includes:

• Negotiating your claim
• Speaking to the carrier on your behalf
• Filing claim documents
• Representing you in a claim dispute

In all other states, we offer only general insurance guidance and do not perform any Public Adjusting activities. If your state requires a Public Adjuster license and we do not have one there, we will:

• Assign a licensed PA (if available), or
• Refer you to a licensed professional

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Insurance Ally does not guarantee:

• Approval of your insurance claim
• That your carrier will pay for all recommended items
• That your premiums will decrease
• That your policy will be changed or modified
• That suggested discounts will be applied by your insurer

Insurance decisions are made solely by your provider based on your policy, their guidelines, and state law.

4. Subscription Fees & Billing

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your payment method will be charged monthly.
• The subscription will auto-renew until you cancel.
• Refunds are not issued for prior charges.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription fees cover educational and support services only. We do not charge commissions or take a percentage of insurance claims.

5. No Affiliation with Insurance Companies

Insurance Ally is:

• Not affiliated with
• Not endorsed by
• Not sponsored by

Any insurance carrier (including but not limited to State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, etc.). All guidance is independent and unbiased.

6. TCPA Consent (Communications)

By submitting your information, you agree that Insurance Ally may contact you via:

• Phone calls
• Text messages (SMS)
• Emails
• Automated or prerecorded messages

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or contacting us directly.

7. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a U.S. resident
• Be the homeowner or their authorized representative

8. Limitation of Liability

Insurance Ally is not liable for:

• Claim denials
• Delays by your insurance company
• Misinterpretations by contractors or adjusters
• Coverage disputes
• Premium increases
• Any decision made by your insurer

We provide educational guidance, not guarantees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
