Welcome to Insurance Ally. By accessing our website, submitting your information, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

Insurance Ally provides educational, advisory, and support services designed to help homeowners better understand and navigate property insurance matters. Services may include:

• Policy reviews and explanations
• General insurance education and guidance
• Assistance understanding deductibles, exclusions, and coverage
• Claim-preparedness support (documentation guidance, photos, receipts)
• Review of estimates and claim-related documents
• Education on cost-saving strategies
• Assistance preparing questions for insurance agents or carriers
• Access to our support team

Insurance Ally does not sell insurance, quote insurance, bind coverage, or guarantee claim outcomes. We charge a flat subscription fee for educational and support services and do not take a percentage of any insurance claim.

2. Public Adjusting Services (Licensed States Only)

Insurance Ally provides Public Adjusting services only in states where it holds an active Public Adjuster license:

• Arizona – License #19444000
• Nevada – License #4046335

When authorized and permitted by law, Public Adjusting services may include:

• Communicating with insurance carriers on the insured’s behalf
• Negotiating claim settlements
• Submitting claim documentation
• Representing the insured in claim disputes

In states where Insurance Ally is not licensed, we provide education and general insurance guidance only and do not perform Public Adjusting activities. Where required, we may refer the consumer to a licensed Public Adjuster or other professional.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Insurance Ally does not guarantee:

• Approval or payment of any insurance claim
• Full payment for recommended repairs or items
• Changes to policy terms or coverage
• Reduced premiums or applied discounts

All claim determinations are made solely by the insurance carrier based on the policy, applicable guidelines, and state law.

4. Subscription Fees & Billing

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
• Past charges are non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time

Subscription fees apply only to educational and support services. No commissions or contingency fees are charged.

5. No Affiliation With Insurance Carriers

Insurance Ally is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier, including but not limited to State Farm, Allstate, USAA, or Farmers. All guidance provided is independent.

6. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting your information and affirmatively opting in where required, you consent to receive communications from Insurance Ally via phone calls, text messages (SMS), emails, and automated or prerecorded messages related to your inquiry or services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or subscription.

7. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• A U.S. resident
• The homeowner or an authorized representative

8. Limitation of Liability

Insurance Ally is not liable for:

• Claim denials or delays
• Insurance carrier decisions
• Coverage disputes
• Contractor or adjuster interpretations
• Premium changes

Services are educational in nature and provided without guarantees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Insurance Ally may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
